Dear Dr. Lowenstein, Thank you so much for a really remarkable transition for my appearance without a dramatic change in my apparent look to others. I was very self-conscious of telling people about having the surgery, so it's taken some time to feel comfortable talking about it with others. I really feel confident about you as the surgeon that created the transformation in your procedures, and believe that you put every ounce of energy into your work for your patients, as I believe you did for me... I feel so great about the outcome and I love my eyes! I also appreciate the support you and your staff have given me. I especially feel so confident with susanne and the freedom to reach her and talk with her when needed. She is truly a gem. And, of course, hayden is a delight. I saw my dermatologist, Rebecca Miller, yesterday, and she was so impressed with your surgery--and in her profession, she has seen a lot! I would absolutely recommend you, and thank you again!
