I don't usually fill out satisfaction surveys, but I had a good experience with 3 Gorillas Moving and Storage. They moved and stored two heavy specialized pallets for my company. The pallets weighed 3000lbs and 3 Gorillas was the only group I could find who would undertake their moving and storage. They offered to send a truck and forklift if necessary. I decided to try the move with a truck with a lift-gate and pallet jack only - to save money, but I knew I might need to get a forklift if we couldn't load them. The 3 Gorilla's driver was resourceful and efficient and he and I loaded the heavy pallets without the aid of a forklift. He was courteous, prompt as were the people I spoke with on the phone. So, overall, I was very satisfied from start to finish with 3 Gorillas and I, happily, recommend them without reservation.
