Review content:
We hired Thomson for a major and complete kitchen and first floor overhaul that included an addition. First problem is she doesn't listen well. I wouldn't mind that if what you got instead was something creative and workable. Unfortunately instead we got mediocrity and plans that were lacking the detail needed for the contractor to know what to do. Then the plans had problems with the foundation design. This is a very old school architect that doesn't use the modern computer technology available. As a result you have to wait weeks to get back design done on graph paper and any changes take weeks more. I'd look elsewhere
