Mike, at Mike's Moonlight Auto Repair, is very courteous, very thorough, and he has caught stuff I wasn't aware of to point out to me. He tells me the severity of other issues, gives an idea of what he is able to do, and recommends what needs to be take care of now. He is able to give me options and does not just tell me my car needs all this work.
He is good about pointing out what needs to be handled and when, so that repairs are done in a safe manner, but doesn't pressure me to take care of everything right now. I have used him for several years, and he came recommended to me from someone else. This description of him is pretty close to how they described his operation. I was really impressed when I first showed up there.
Mike always calls back when he says he will call back. If we are waiting on parts and they don't come through, he is kind enough to call back and update me. He is really able to work with me, and I appreciate that. I think he is fairly priced if you compare to other shops, and compared to a dealer he is extremely reasonable.
Mike does very thorough work and buys good quality parts. He does his research to find good quality parts at a fair price. He stands behind his work and behind his parts. Mike is very customer service oriented.
