Review content:
We contracted with United Home Improvements Centers at the beginning of January for a replacement awning and a new awning.
The were suppose to have this completed Feb 10th. It is now March 30th.
They ended up with two payments (now paid in full). They don't return phone calls. One of the persons that did answer the phone was not very professional.
While there aren't many complaints on BBB, this is obviously not the first time they have done this.
Complaint filed with the CA license board today.
Cons: Took money and did not Install - no return calls
