It wasn't a good feeling when I was ready to cook for the entire family, and the stove wouldn't come on. My father-n-law took out his cell and said no problem. I heard him talking to someone from the company and then John, the technician showed up and put in an ignitor and then smiled and said, it's all done. He handed me a yellow sticker and said call anytime. he shook hands with my father-n-law and out the door he went. Thanks to my father-n-law Ted, and to this company, it was a good experience. Dinner was great and we still had time to relax with family.
