Review content:
This is one of the finest restaurants in the region. I'd eat here before Trotter's, Tru, or Ambria for several reasons. First, the menu is amazing and prepared to perfection. Second, it is considerably less expensive (but not cheap!!) than the others. Third, the wait staff is great and the sommelier is brilliant. Finally, the ambience, esp. if you sit by the windows with a view of the tree-covered hill, is very romantic.
The entrees and the degustation menu are wonderfully prepared. With wine, the degustation is actually a damn good deal, and much more affordable that one might suspect.
Oh, and the wine list is HUGE and not filled with rubbishy wines, but with a good range of expensive to more affordable wines. If you can wrangle a tour of their new wine cellar out of the manager, do it!
Pros: Outstanding menu, Excellent chef/staff, Wine list
