I have worked with Clark Properties of Raleigh, N.C. as a property owner twice and have received excellent service. My first experience with Clark Properties was in 2001 and the experience was so positive that I hired them again in 2009. Nicole and her staff have been responsive to my tenants? needs and mine. Clark Properties carefully screened tenants and ensured that the property was well maintained during the lease. Both my requests and the tentants? were handled promptly and I was impressed with Clark Properties? efficiency. Her straight-forward, no-nonsense approach in property leasing leads me to have confidence in her and in her professional team.
