My advice is to avoid this unprofessional, immoral and incompetent ""realtor"", who could not manage to get drunk in a free bar. They are rude, offensive, deceptive, inefficient, very very slow and the owner has serious anger and personality issues as well as a poor attitude to tenants.
The owner (Nicole - sadly, a genuinely nasty person) claims a psychology education but this does not seem to have improved any of their miserable social skills.
You can do much better than this shambles of a business, unless you like to be lied to, treated with disdain and you like people who renege on a deal.
