Disaster One was prompt with their response, but it went all downhill from there.
My carpet, hardwoods and linoleum were replaced with inferior materials. The carpet I previously had was 7 years old and was still in fantastic condition. 1 year after Disaster One replaced the carpet, it's matted, run-down and tearing at the seams and the linoleum is peeling back from the edges. I had Scott Marcle (project manager) come back and investigate but told me it wasn't his problem. 2 years later and I am now having to replace everything out of my own pocket to the tune of $3,000! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.
