On 4/26/09 I paid $27.95 for a spray tan. I spoke at length with an employee on 4/25/09 on preperation for such a procedure and basically was told, no lotion, and to exfoliate my skin. The day I went I was sprayed everywhere except the area covered by underwear. The first issue I have is there was a spray tan before me and there was a dirty brown stained towel on the floor, the girl just flipped it over and had me stand on it. Very unhygienic. Before I left the premises I showed the girl the dark brown stains allover my feet and ankles and was told it would come off. I didn't shower for 8 hour as advised. The next day, Monday, I had very dark, blotchy stained bottom and tops and sides of feet, heels and ankles. There were spots not colored on the back of my calfs. I phoned the company and spoke with ""the owner"" who said to come at noon. I came at noon, flustered over how I looked. I told her other people who get spray tan told me they usually apply barrier cream to hands and feet so this doesn't happen and then a sticky pad is placed on the bottom of the feet. She then told me she has a ""faulty trigger"" on that machine and that she was going to get it replaced. She was shown my feet and calfs. I expressed my dismay and embarassment and she turned and waited on other people ignoring me. I told her how unhappy I was and asked about this barrier cream and she said ""Oh, she didn't tell you to put it on?"" The answer was no...I certainly would have if told, this was my first spray tan adventure. I told her how disgusted I was about the reused towel on the floor. She offered to clean my feet off with windex or nail polish remover and I declined telling her I would try it at home. I told her how disappointed I was with the service and how I wanted a refund and she flat out said no. I said, you knowingly used a faulty machine (with a ""malfunctioning trigger"") on me, had me standing on a stained and dirty towel and I'm not happy and want a refund and she said no. During this whole time she had about 6 other customers coming in and she would leave me and ignore me to wait on them and move into various rooms. I told her I was on my lunchbreak and had phoned ahead and told her I'd be in at noon and she shouldn't make me wait. During all this time she looked at the customers and had a small smile on her face like she was amused by me. She performed a service on me, with dirty equiptment (the towel on the floor already stained by a previous spray tan) with a faulty equiptment (she admitted the trigger on the equiptment was in need of repair), saw the absurd staining allover both feet, heels and ankles and refused to offer a refund. I had no other option but to just leave, with a very BAD spray tan and $27.95 down the drain. DO NOT go to this place; they don't back their services, the equipment is faulty and their hygiene practices are deplorable! All I wanted was a tan to wear shorts and sandals with and now I have to cover with shoes and long pants till this horrible spray tan goes away. Cons: Unconcerned owner
