Review content:
I purchased a 2006 Corvette from Brian Roberts and Nate (salesperson). Car was advertised on Ebay and on their site as ""like new"", ""10 out of 10"", ""shifts smoothly"", ""immaculate interior"", ""ALL electronics work perfectly, ""NEW tires"", ""absolutely no sign of paint or bodywork"", etc. I called and confirmed with Nate that the car had never been wrecked/repainted as that was really my only concern about buying a car sight unseen. I trusted them to be honest and moral. I wired them the money, they shipped me the car. Car arrived and I immediately knew they pulled a fast one on me. Climbed into the seat at the seat fell back (hinge was snapped in two). I had to put a blanket behind the seat to hold it in place. Started the car and tried to put it into gear. GRIND. Tried several more times. GRIND. Car will not go into 1st gear unless you force it and it GRINDS everytime. BAD TRANSMISSION. Drove the car down the road and it wouldn't accept throttle at various places just driving straight down the road. (stability control flashed indicating it was ON when it shouldn't be on) This is very dangerous. Outside the car, I noticed a quarter sized hole (paint missing) on the back panel. Noticed many paint defects on front of car (dimples and nibs). I immediately suspected that the car had been repainted. I opened the hood and found paint overspray/masking tape marks on all the rubber trim along both front fenders. 100% proof the car had been repainted as well as high speed sanding marks on the inside of the right front fender indicating repair.
Cons: Dishonest
