Our experience with M/R Plumbing Mart was wonderful! From the first day we walked into their store, to the final results of our remodel. I'd give them all 10's if I could! We were planning to do a complete remodel of our bathroom. We'd already met with a couple of contractors who had given us estimates, but we weren't quite sold on anyone at that time. On a whim, we walked into their store to look at shower doors and plumbing stuff. We met the owner, Bob Smith, and he immediately made us feel comfortable. He was so cordial and asked how he could help and what our project was. We quickly learned that he was a contractor and they did remodeling too! We set up an appointment to have Bob come out to look at our bathroom. He gave great suggestions and ideas and explained what was possible. Knocking down walls and gutting the room were things we hadn't really considered up to that point. He gave us his license, insurance and bonds, as well as references to call.
We hoped that he came within our budget, because we were very comfortable with him and really liked him. You know when you get a good gut instinct about people? Well, that's what we had about Bob. A few weeks later, he called with a proposal. It was within our budget and when compared to the other contractors, it was obvious Bob was the best choice. One of the other contractors was priced way out of our budget while one was lower than M/R but couldn't do everything we wanted done. We were impressed with Bob because he offered a few things the others didn't. For instance, he provides a painter and after the work is done, a cleaning lady! The workers were very clean and neat as they worked, and made sure to cover everything, so there was very little dust or mess for Cindy to clean up.
He told us the entire remodel would take two weeks. We didn't really believe it, but he was right! Two weeks went by so fast, we kind of miss having the guys around! They were great guys to have in our house, we couldn't ask for better guys to have in our home. Bob was here every single day to check on things and to answer our questions. He's a really nice guy, who knows his stuff. We knew M/R Plumbing was a great company to work with when the workers spoke highly of Bob too. Those guys have been working for him for many years now, so you know he's doing something right.
To sum the entire experience, it was amazing! So fast, and Bob was always available to us. Everything went so smoothly for us. We feel that we have to brag a little, and say that so many of our friends that come over are speechless and tell us it's like something out of a magazine. We highly recommend them to anybody!
