Businiess name:  The Standard Downtown Restaurant & Lounge

Review content:
Regarding the bar in the Standard, this pretentious establishment might be an okay place to take out-of-towners who have never been to L.A. The crowd is early twenties, cheesy... lots of shiny shirts and cologne. The unisex bathrooms are gross and wierd. The one redeeming quality of this bar is that it is on the rooftop & you get a nice view. There is a rooftop pool that is open during the day, but it gets crowded with left-over drunks from the previous night on Saturday and Sunday. Go once, so you can tell everyone you've been there and how annoying it was. Pros: nice rooftop view Cons: overcrowded with cheesy 20 year-olds, loud/bad music, gross bathrooms, pretentious.
