Charlie has provided excellent service for my computer needs. He is always on time and quickly diagnosis the problems I generally have with connecting to the Internet and getting the printers to operate with my computer.
I have been especially grateful for his wealth of knowledge about how to deal with AT & T for my Internet connection needs. I appreciate his up-to-date information on the latest about computer security. Excellent service. I would recommend Need-a-Nerd to anyone with a home office.
