Charlie is extremely knowledgable and personable. He was able to efficiently remove malware and viruses from our computer. He arrived earlier than his scheduled time. He was able to explain what had happened to our computer in terms that were easy for us to understand. He cleaned and restored the software so that we didn't lose any data. He also showed how to install an backup program. We were very pleased with his service.
