I have spent $3,000 for hair removal treatments at American Laser Centers in Lynnwood, WA. I have been going there for more than a year even though they told me I would see results in 6 sessions. I'm still not seeing hair loss! So if they tell you that you will see results in 6 months, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! They are SO disrespectful, VERY RUDE and SO unprofessional! Too late to get out of the contract! They are always canceling appts due to staffing issues and they'll reschedule your appointment on a later date.. This place does not treat clients with dignity or respect. They do not care about their clients and I cannot believe they are still in business. Very POOR business practices and no customer service skills. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED with such DISRESPECT. I DISCOURAGE anybody from going to this business. DON""T waste your money at AMERICAN LASER CENTER!
Cons: unprofessional, bad buisiness practice! AND VERY RUDE STAFF!
