I started receiving laser treatments from Missy R. about four months ago and my underarm hair has significantly decreased. The facility is definitely not spa-like, but rather more like a medical clinic and this is not a place to come to relax, the procedure hurts, but Missy always makes sure I am as comfortable as possible and is quick, but thorough. I've seen a lot of negative comments about this place on the internet and honestly I think experiences really vary from clinic to clinic and are largely dependent on the specific practitioner. I've found that applying a topical anesthetic with lidocane about 30 minutes before the procedure reduces the pain significantly. I use one called BlockAid. As far as results, I've been fortunate and experienced stellar results, but I was also told that people with light skin and darker hair have the best results, and that fits my profile, so I'm sure others don't experience similar results. If you go, I definietely recomend that you talk to Missy R. (there are two Missys there) as she is professional and good at what she does.
