Review content:
Working with any property management company is frustrating, but Bayview is hands down the worst property management company I have ever had the horror of working with. The biggest grievance I had with them was that when my apartment got flees, and no we never had any animals in our apartment, Bayview demanded it was our responsibility to pay for extermination. After we found in the WA renters rights that it says the landlord is responsible for pests our property manager only yielded after a long phone conversation where she was very unprofessional. And to top it off the flees came back because the building was overcrowded with people.
When it was time to move out, we cleaned the apartment until it was much cleaner that when we moved in, and we have pictures to prove it, but they still took 450 dollars of our 600 dollar deposit and said it was because the venetian blinds and stove were dirty.
Look around, for ANYTHING, before you work with Bayview!!
