Review content:
I have similar problems to the other reviewers and the only thing Bayview is good at is extortion. We have received multiple bills more than two months after any work was performed, charges labeled 'balance forward' which were never billed before, and the due date is the same date they put the bill in the mail so that by the time I received it it was late. We have been charged for routine maintenance and the simplest request is met with resistance from an unhelpful, unprofessional, and unethical staff combined with likely illegal business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have received an F from BBB for good reason.
