Review content:
Got in an accident affecting the front passenger side bumper and fender area. Two months and 5 days ago I dropped off the car with them because of the good reviews on google. I was told I would be called throughout the process so I can take pictures or they would email me pictures. That didn't happen, but I wasn't expecting it, and they seemed busy, so no big deal.
I called to get status updates and told numerous times I would get a call back. Never did, but people forget and some have bad organizational skills, so no big deal.
Seven weeks in (and numerous calls), I'm told they're having trouble getting parts. No big deal.
2 months in I stop by and get to see the car in process. Paul tells me he'll waive the 15% Geico was going to make me pay. That's a nice gesture in exchange for the time it took.
I picked up the car today. The front bumper is about 1.5 inches off center. There's a centimeter gap between the fender and corner lamp. The brackets, visible in the wheel well, are still bent. The bumper cover is epoxied to the brackets. Over spray all over the hood and wipers. This IS A BIG DEAL! They're taking another swing at it and I will certainly make this a five star review for five star work. The quality of the work is the number one trait I want in a body shop. If you want to save money and deal with friendly people, it's a fine shop. If you want your car repaired right, this might not be your best bet.
UPDATE: Picked up the car for the second time. Overspray has been cleaned up. Bumper is still off center. My corner lamp is now epoxied to my headlight.
