True story. I had just bought a new (at the time), 2005 Full size Range Rover, and I didn't have more than 1000 miles on the car before I got side-swiped coming off of 93 into Boston. The front quarter panel, as well as most of the front bumper were destroyed, and I was pretty upset to say the least. I called Allston Collision on the advice of a good friend, and spoke to Paul. Paul didnt know me from a hole in the wall, but when I told him what had happened over the phone (I called them about 10 minutes after the accident), he told me to come on by so he could have a look. He shook my hand, looked at the damage, could see how upset I was, and told me, ""no problem. I'll order the bumper and panel, paint them in one day, and have you come by that afternoon, and we'll put it back together."" 2 days later, I picked up my truck, and it was as good as new. Factory replacement parts, worked directly with the adjuster for me, and handled everything like true pros.
