I ordered the EU2000i and a few extra accessories (HandiCart and cover. The shipping from WiseSales was quick, arriving within 4 days of ordering (in 2 boxes). The generator is absolutely wonderful. It's very easy to start and delivers solid power to whatever I have plugged-in. I use mine to power a 9,000BTU air conditioner, 2 shop lights and a small refrigerator, all at the same time. A freind has the same unit and has used his for more than 12 years without a problem....that was enough encouragement for me. Yes there are less costly generators out there, but as others have stated...you get what you pay for.
