Review content:
We gave in our Honda Snow blower in for an auger repair in late feb and when we got it back it was still not working. Since it did not snow much after that, the snow blower was put away and when we did take it in to complain about the repairs and the jammed auger (which to us looked like an alighment problem). The customer service guy was totally arrogant and refused to acknowledge that. He claims that the snowblower must have come into contact something hard and claimed it now has a bend on the top part of the augar. When we pointed out that it looked like an alignment problem since even the bottom part of the augar looked too close to the side the said ""oh well that must have got bend too!""
