Ed the owner was very patient and accommodating with his help and recommendations in regard to my Internet purchases of a couple of Honda Generators, panel and accessories. Even advised me of a few extra accessories I shouldn't purchase I had planned to that were unnecessary for my purposes. In total approximately $6,500, nothing earth shattering but not a sale of inconsequential status either. My confidence and regard for that segment of my transaction remains unscathed. My issue lies with the financial transaction, execution, and no follow up to insure his shipping department sent what and when they were supposed to. I have no doubt locally, where one can be hands on with Wise Equiptment rentals and sales is a great stress free experience. Steer clear of their Internet Sales division though if you value your peace of mind. Bad back Gary (the guy that processed my Credit Card) created more confusing and unnecessary bank transactions then acceptable. In fairness I changed the game when I requested and paid dearly for an overnight, Saturday Delivery. All that needed to be done was to charge the extra $234.86 to my card and ship the portion of my items I requested. Shipping dropped the ball completely and took a full business week to even send my partial order. The major portion of it still lays in a warehouse unmoved in Chicago. I am a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran and really in need of this equipment being expedited instead of being frozen in time. A recent blackout in San Diego knocked out my medical apparatuses and equipment that is why it was so imperative and why I paid so much to have the one generator shipped overnight for Saturday delivery. I received no compensation after they totally Fubarred my purchase. Ed was apologetic. I know I drove him crazy with a thousand phone calls but I spent good money with him for product I have yet to received and service I didn't get. His people should have done their jobs. What amazed me the most about this mess was I was told repeatedly that no one wanted to straighten things out until Bad Back Gary came back to work. I guess all sales, rentals, and services stop when this guy is out on sick days? Well as far as my medical equipment went at least my back-up batteries worked. More then I can say for someones order processing and shipping departments! The very least they could have done was overnight my small generator to me at their cost as compensation for a horrendous transaction. Internet Shoppers Order at Your Own Risk!
