Review content:
We booked our sons birthday party at this place over the phone with the owner. She quoted us a price and a time for a 2 hour party. We agreed to it. We got to the building and started our party. When it was time to pay, I disputed the bill as I felt we were overcharged $30. When I brought this to their attention, they called the owner in and turned off the slide so the children could no longer use it. We were then told that the 2 hour party that we had booked, was actually only for 1.5 hours. The owner came in and was very upset with me because I had told them that I would be leaving a bad review because of the overcharging and cutting the party short. She was jabbing her finger near my face and raising her voice to me. My mother told me to just sign the paper and we'd leave. The owner yelled at us to not walk away from her. I went into the area where the children were and started rounding them up to leave and she followed us, continuing to yell at us all the way. She told me that we had been rude since we walked in (untrue). She was yelling at me in front of the party guests and children. She got right into my mother's face (about 1 inch from her face) and was screaming at her. I yelled back that we would be leaving bad feedback for her and she told me she would call her lawyer. I laughed and told her that was fine, it isn't slander or libel if you tell the TRUTH. She then started screaming for me to leave her business right now or she was calling the police. She kept screaming for me to get out now! I told her I couldn't leave without my children (that were trying to put their boots and coats on so we could leave). We will NOT be going back to this place. Customer service: 0 stars. She absolutely ruined my son's party.
