This is the absolute WORST company I have ever done business with. I purchased a Groupon for upholstry cleaning with them for $39. It included a sofa and loveseat and the only fine print was that it needed to be in Maracopa County. I booked the appointment and when the man came to clean the couches, he told me that I did not tell him that it wasn't microfiber and that there would be a $116 upcharge for that. I was completely outraged and told him that if there was different pricing depending on different materials then that should have been stated in the fine print but because it was not, I should get what I paid for. After aruging with me for 10 minutes, he tried to guilt trip me by saying that he would do it but it would ""come out of his own pocket."" He cleaned them for maybe 10 minutes and left.
