I had been to Dr. Edward and they are so expensive, more than that, they did not clear that they were a participant dentist when i asked them and that is so misguiding as i had to pay them nearly 35% of the preventive treatment , which was 100% covered by my insurance. Not only that, they gave 3-4 treatment of root canal and crowns for my daughter and when i went to another dentist for second opinion, he said, all these teeth are going to come off in 4-6 months and u don't do anything, if there is some pain or uncomfort we will think of doing something, This gave me a picture that not only the staff is lying about the dental plan but the doctor too is not so honest in recommending the treatment plan.
THe staff is very unfriendly and rude. They are there just for money. I would suggest if anyone have to go there, please be clear with your insurance and also the dentist before u actually get ur treatment. I m really pissed at them .
