Im not sure what the bad reviewer under me experienced. But I have never had anything but amazing service at Rancho Park. I take my pets there regularly because Dr Marks there is one of the only ones I know that actually spend the time to sit with me and explain everything they are going to do and why (plus there's never any pressure to go through with anything I dont agree with). I live in Orange county and do not mind the drive because I know my pets are in GREAT hands. The staff has always been super-friendly and always explained my options to me, and different things I could try, and I never once felt rushed or pushed aside so that they could close. Actually on mutliple occasions, they've stayed late for me so I could pick up my pets, and they help me out to my car with everything. Even when my dog got really sick, I called in and they took me within the hour and took care of him till he was better than ever. They've always answered all my questions, and really made me feel like I was a personal friend and cared for my pets like they were their own! Honestly, Rancho Park is the best!
