This place is a joke. First off he works out of his garage so if you want your expensive gear sitting in his garage for months than you have found the right place. I had to take my B-52 guitar head here to get fixed because it was under warranty. I brought it in September 30th and got it back March 2nd NOT FIXED!!! The owner named Mike Davis is a clown who should not own a business. He never answers his phone, never returns voicemails, that is if you can even leave a voicemail because its usually full. The extremely rare times Mike does answer the phone, all he does is BS and give excuses on why it isnt done, and every time it is a different excuse! I finally had enough and showed up at his house to get my head back. I shipped it to B-52 and got it back in 10 days! My father has also had problems with this guy in the past. He brought in his amp to have him fix the tubes and it took 3 months. DO NOT deal with Mike and Valleywide if you do not have to!
