Do not use this plumber! We hired Mr Lee to replace a water heater in Feb. He was prompt and polite until he got our money. He told us he got a permit and that it passed inspection. He refused to provide documentation of the inspection passing so I called the Town of Cary to verify. He did not get a permit and continued to lie about it blaming others in his office. After confronting him with the knowledge that he lied, he never apologized, just continued to delay finishing the project. After having enough, I demanded that he get a permit, which he did. He promptly told me that there were issued that he would have to fix for it to pass inspection. Electrical was done wrong, the gas line was not grounded, the pressure relief valve was installed wrong, and the gas regulator was installed backwards. All of these things had to be done to code before we could have the inspection. He did hire and electrician and fix the other issues, 6 weeks later! Save yourself and don't hire him!
