I had bought some peel n stick vinyl flooring for my husband to install, but we were running short on time. My general contractor called in G. Harmon from 21st Century. I met with him, and he was very professional. I was adamant about how the tile should be butted tightly, etc. He said they've done this a thousand times, there's nothing to it, they stand behind their installation, blah, blah, blah. His estimate was $700 more than another guy, but I trusted Mr. Harmon. Big mistake! There are huge gaps between the planks and some of it is peeling up. He wouldn't return any of my phone calls. Finally, after my husband called numerous times, Mr. Harmon came out, took pictures, agreed it was ""unacceptable"" and he would fix it. We never heard from him again.He only responded to my complaint (after 8 months!) to the BBB. He said it was a faulty product, not the installation. He has no qualms about lying to your face. I wouldn't buy a thing from these crooks.
