I ended up using The Carpet Broker Design Center because they were located right next door to a store where I was purchasing new furniture. When I went in and told them what I was looking for, they helped me carry rugs from their showroom over to the furniture store so I could be sure that they matched. They even let me take one rug home to try it on my floor before buying it. Most stores won't do that.
The staff at Carpet Broker were all very friendly. I felt that they were there to provide information, not simply to sell me rugs. They really wanted to help me, and as a result I've sent a few of my neighbors there. One ended up using them to replace her hardwood floors and another had them install carpeting. They were both just as satisfied as myself.
I can say with confidence that Carpet Broker will give you the knowledge you need to make the right decision for your home, and perform the work with quality in every aspect. They offer competitive prices, but far better service than the competition.
