Review content:
I priced out carpeting at all the major chain stores. But I really prefer to shop at the local stores. I searched out online, and The Carpet Broker Design Center was not that much more. But they made up for being a little more pricey, with their great customer service.
I talked to them about payment plans and they were really open and willing to work with me. I asked if it would be possible for them to do two separate installations, as I was able to pay them. Instead, they worked it out so that I paid them a deposit and they did the entire installations all at one time and set it up so I could pay them in two installments. That would never happen with other companies.
The two installers were great. They were very helpful, nice and definitely professional. I had a really good experience with this company and have highly recommended them to friends.
