I had a special event catered recently by New Dream Catering and I must say I was wholly impressed. Since I was out of state and planning all of this remotely, the salesperson and chef were extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. They answered all of my questions and provided additional recommendations to make my event spectacular. I was skeptical hiring a southern catering firm being from the North - read: we don't eat grits - but they came up with really tasty and creative menu items. My favorite was the soup shooters - I could tell they used fresh ingredients and the presentation was beautiful. I think I gave their number to 4 people at the event.
I would highly recommend this catering company for any event you have, especially if you want something special and unique. There is no pink chicken served en masse on a plate!
