Review content:
I've been to a lot boot barns from The Norco Location to the Los Alomitos location, I've always had a great time. I've always been welcome and all had great service. I'm an Avid Boot barn shopper spending over 1000 to 2000 per year. Yesterday I found a great new style of boot that just came out. So I rushed over to buy them, I was not a happy camper. No service what so ever. they asked for the number which i had to look up myself while 1 girl was trying to figure out an exchange for another customer and an other was stocking a new shipment. The one that was free to assist me forgot all about me when some gehetto None customer came to just visit a man who work in the back. she forgot all about my real intention of buying boots and started flirting with this guy. who just ended up leaving with no purchase. Anyways Despite the fact that she said they they didnt have those boots yet as well she told me that i would be better off ordering them online. which I don't do because I like to try them on. so i ended up buying another pair of boots and belt and new buckle with no help from these folks, I've very disappointed. Boot barn has always had great customer service except for this location in Orange Ca. off of tustin ave. I believe the girl's name was Lupe.
