I brought my car in for the 100k mile tune up. Joel Angulo was my service advisor. All the service done to the car was great. When I got home I noticed one of the aftermarket metal bumper inserts was bent. I emailed Joel just to let him know, not expecting anything. He asked for me to bring the car by so he could look at it. Joel apologized and Ford of Orange ordered the metal bumper inserts. I took the car down this morning so they could replace the bent letter, no charge.
