Yes, This is true. I went through Service Magic and these people called me. Came to the house and said they replaced multiple things on my washer and run pipe up under my house from my dryer. The dryer duct is in pieces and will have to be redone so the moisture won't rot my flooring.They charged me around 800.00$ and neither Service Magic nor myself can get in touch with these people. Megan Baker (Owner) told me lie after lie. I had it fixed for under 300.00. They doubled all their prices. They also said they covered the Nashville, and Memphis area.
Their service truck was a Geo Tracker with the side window busted out. Now lets see if Service Magic will refund part of my money as they said they would.
Clue: Service Magic is a rip as well. They do not check out their clients as they state. I also looked up Angies List. I think they are in competition.
