I usually do not write reviews but I had to on this one. I took Excel course here and I have to say that the instructors are plain awful. They seem to not enjoy what they do and are almost irrated when asked a question. It felt like they were doing me a favor as if I didnt pay for the course. All they do is give you a binder without any actual teaching. The atmosphere in class is weird to say the least. They are not knowledgeable In advanced excel so if you need help with that go someplace else. The instructors are very unfriendly and rude. It's unbelievable that that kind of customer service or lack thereof still exists.
