Review content:
We selected Plaistow Cabinet to install our kitchen because we believed they would guarantee and stand behind their work. Within a year a cornerpiece slipped and a drawer face snapped in two. We visited the rte 108 location twice and were told to expect a repairman. They would also install additional storage baskets at no charge. We never heard from them again and are convinced they stalled us until enough time lapsed so that they would no longer be responsible for the repairs.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful when you are a potential customer.
Cons: They don't follow through with repairs or stand behind the guarantee of their work.
