Review content:
The first time I went here I was very pleased. I was so happy with the results and experience. The second time I made an appointment, with a specific person, she was not there, and instead a new girl said she would be my ""facialist"". She didn't even give me the facial I set an appointment up for. I could tell she was new because she would leave the room to get things, and wasn't organized. The facial itself was a little sloppy, I had the exfoliating scrub almost in my mouth. I asked her if there were a lot of new people there and she said ""yes."" Did they just hire a bunch of new people with little experience? Nice atmosphere, nice people, but not sure if I will go back.
