Review content:
The reason people don't buy something expensive is the fear of making a mistake. Brian took that fear away from me with his knowledge and professionalism and his personal service. After they installed the home theater, Brian came out to balance the speakers and to make sure we knew how to use the remotes.
I have a saying in business: you'll always remember how much you paid for something you don't like but you'll never remember how much you paid for something you like. I forgot how much I paid. I had high expectations for the service and the products and Smart Living Systems met all of my expectations. Brain provided great, personal service.
