Review content:
In a city with many expensive cigar shops, it can be hard to find a store that sells high quality goods without charging through the roof or being pretentious. This is that gem in the rough!
I have spent many times in the shop merely admiring amazing humidors, lighters, or cigars, and had sales people talk with me at length without ever being pushy or making feel obligated to purchase anything.
A little anecdote about thier customer service:
I accidentally left my AMEX there one day. Now most stores would stick the card in the drawer until I noticed it was gone and called looking for it. Instead the manager called AMEX told them Ileft my card, they called me and I got my card that night.
That simply exemplifies the kind of attention and the caliber of their people! That night they made a loyal and lifelong customer!!!
