I called Xtreme K9 this weekend to see when the best time would be to bring my dog in for an evaluation for boarding, the lady that answered the phone was extremely short with me. She told me that anytime between 4 and 6 on Saturday would be best. I get my dog (who gets very carsick) in the car and drive from downtown Austin to this place out in Pfugerville (45 minutes)...get out there around 4:15, knock on the door, no one there, call the phone, no one answers. There are dogs barking their heads off inside but no one is around. This is definitely a place I would never leave my dog. They must not want business too bad to not even be there when they said they would...much less leave all the dogs alone like that!
Cons: Apparently not very custom service oriented!
