IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN EAT AT BLUEFIN IN SIMI VALLEY. MY HUSBAND AND I RECEIVED A GIFT CARD TO BLUEFIN FOR X-MAS AND WERE THEN UNABLE TO REDEEM IT. THE FIRST TIME WE TRIED THEY SAID THE MANAGER WASN'T THERE AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD TENDER THE CARD. THE SECOND TIME WE CALLED FIRST AND THEY SAID IT WAS UNDER NEW MGMT. AND THE GIFT CARD COULD NOT BE REDEEMED. THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE ON THE PHONE AND STARTED THROWING ""F"" BOMBS. TOTALLY UNPROFRESSIONAL AND WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING THERE, IF YOU WANT GOOD SUSHI GO TO ""02"" NEAR MACARONI GRILL!!!!!!!!!!
