Review content:
My experience with Progent is that they are not result oriented at all. Their guys will spend several hours and charge you by the minute. At the end of the project you'll have paid several thousand dollars and when things are not setup correctly they will just charge you more to do more work. The engineers are being paid by the hour and have no loyalty to Progent as they are all contractors and its clear that Progent won't work with a customer to take a reduction without holding the engineers feet to the fire. The headline tells all. Only focus is on billing, this is not a result oriented company and you are going to pay through the nose for it when you don't have to. I would recommend OnTimeTech over these guys. They came in, fixed everything and only charged me after things were working, at which point we went to an hourly maintenance schedule. Pros: Availability Cons: Performance and customer service
