I tried a project with Progent as an experiment. I got zero value from that experiment. My experience with Progent was a costly mistake. In contradiction to their expressed policy, Progent does NOT strive to put their customers' needs first. If their goal was really customer satisfaction then someone there would have recognized that Progent got me started with the wrong Progent consultant and concluded Progent is responsible for the lost effort. A brief interview with the consultants involved will show that at the point when Chris was brought to bear in the problem, he found everything needed to be redone. If Chris had been involved initially, then, presumably, the project would have gone as planned and according to budget. This is Progent?s failure. Progent failed to provide value on this project.
