Well prices must have changed because a 3bd is only 775, the dog poo thing has been taken care off. It's nice to be able to use the rec center for party's. Pool and work out facility are rarely crowded. The only problem is 3bdrm are 10sf smaller than the 2 bdrms and personally we have some very picky and annoying neighbors but ppl come and go.
