I am writing this review to warn potential customers of Lawn Sculptors in Austin, TX. The owner of Lawn Sculptors repeatedly ignored my requests for warrantee service, and when pressed on the subject, he began to ignore my requests completely. Even when we had agreed on a fair price that was outside of warrantee, he would not follow through on my requests. This generally unprofessional behavior led me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to attempt to reengage with the business owner. Unfortunately this only led to more of the same, he ignored requests made by the BBB and my case was closed without resolution.
Think twice before using Lawn Sculptors, you might end up with work that is not finished, and non-existent warrantee service when something stops working.
