Review content:
Upon research of Automotive Techs, I chose this business to install an AEM Cold Air Intake in my 350z. I called to ask how much it would cost and was given an estimated price. I decided to think about it for a couple of days and then called back to set up an appointment. The gentleman on the phone set up an appointment for me at 1:00 for the next day. I drove from South Austin to Round Rock to have them install it on my lunch break, and to my amazement was told that they couldn't get to it today. I asked why an appointment was set up and why nobody called me to reschedule. I was told that they usually don't set up appointments and it was first-come, first-serve. Normally this would not bother me, but the man at the counter was rude and non-apologetic. He stated that I should bring it in first thing in the morning. If this is the kind of attitude that reflects the quality of service, I would take my business elsewhere if I were you. Cons: Poor customer service and organizational alignment
